Senior Systems Analyst
Review the development team's analysis of business procedures and requirements regarding existing data handling systems for effectiveness and their development plans for new systems to improve production, response time and reliability. Oversee the development team's conversion process of logical design to physical design utilizing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ER), Database Design and Table creations scripts. Supervise the team in the installation, upgrade and maintenance of the operating Systems NT 4.0, UNIX, Networking and Oracle Database server and clients and A2000 ERP System software. Recommend the incorporation of new and unique requirements for clients utilizing A2000 ERP software which involves adding/modifying Oracle forms, reports and PL/SQL procedures. Assign work to the development team. Coordinate overall development process. Assist the development team in solving problems in ProC, Oracle forms, Reports and PL/SQL; performance tuning, security audit and direct user training. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering. or related field and five (5) years progressive job experience OR Master's degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering. or related field and three (3) years exp. in job offered or in related occupation.

Programmers
PL/SQL programming experience. The successful candidate’s responsibilities must include: Oracle software installations, program maintenance, migration, monitoring, SQL performance tuning, security, troubleshooting, user support, query optimization, application tuning and SQL script generation.
Candidate must be able to create SQL scripts and programs with minimal forms and Oracle Reports knowledge in addition to writing clear documentation of procedures and demonstrate independent problem solving skills and self-direction.
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of three-year hands-on, actual work experience with Windows 2000 server, Oracle 8i.

Implementers / Trainers
Review of customer business requirements, existing software and implementation of A2000 software applications. Implementation of appropriate software business rule methods. Write up modifications for analyst review. Training of end user in A2000 interface and processes. Must be well versed with the apparel and related business. Basic understanding of EDI and individual retailer requirements a must. Must be willing to learn and achieve thorough understanding of the A2000 software applications and selected business rule processes. No programming experience is required.
